Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation seeks a customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers, answer inquiries, and keep the sales floor clean and stocked. You will help with product recommendations and manage stockroom tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.

Role Overview

Sales Associates play a key role in deliveringan exceptionalshopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the store, answering questions, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.
