Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily tasks, and adhering to company procedures, embodying AutoZone's Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete store tasks timely during shift
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Use ZNET to assist customers with merchandise and alternatives
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
• Practice GOTTChA and assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
• Use OBDII to read codes from vehicles
• Diagnose automobile problems and suggest solutions
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
• Develop customer service skills actively
• Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
