The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior retail experience a plus. You’ll work evenings until 7pm and weekends, contributing to a positive, local store environment and community relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service Excellence
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude

  • Develop strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and services

  • Demonstrate proper product and tool usage when needed
• Store Operations and Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
  • Stock shelves, check inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries
  • Ensure product displays and signage are neat and well-stocked
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and support smooth store operations
  • Support management and other associates in daily tasks
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude contributing to a friendly work atmosphere
