Job summary

E&H Ace Hardware in Ohio is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help customers find the right home improvement, repair, and outdoor products while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll build product knowledge, assist on the sales floor, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store. A passion for DIY and a positive, team‑oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for DIY home improvement and hardware products highly valued.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to help customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Service Excellence
