Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Medford, OR to greet customers, assist with purchases, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will support management with day-to-day store operations across departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home or Baby Depot. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Base pay is $15.55 per hour with associate discount and potential benefits for part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
