The role involves assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures by Living the Pledge daily.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks timely
3. Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
5. Maintain a safe work environment including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
10. Practice GOTTChA and assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnose automobile issues and recommend solutions
13. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
14. Develop customer service skills actively
15. Offer honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements

1. Applicants must be 18+ years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
2. Basic automotive parts knowledge required
3. Excellent communication and decision-making skills
4. Ability to lift and deliver merchandise
