United Beauty Supply is a family‑owned beauty‑care retailer seeking a part‑time Retail Associate for Goodyear, AZ. About 20 hours weekly with shifts 9:00am–2:00pm or 11:00am–4:00pm, including some weekends. You will greet customers, suggest products and deliver a premier shopping experience.

You will handle cash, maintain the store, educate customers with a consulting approach, and work with a friendly team. 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, and retail experience a plus.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

Our Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting products in our retail environment. The position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team.

As our sales associate you will greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

Build solid rapport with our customers, creating a premier shopping experience.

We are beauty advisors; you will be engaging and educating our customers with a consulting approach.

Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and making recommendations to meet our client's needs.

Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store, stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold.

Resolve customer complaints and issues, work collaboratively with the store team.

Ideal Candidate

Must be 18 years of age or older, required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus.

Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients.
