Job summary

United Beauty Supply in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Fulltime Retail Associate to join our team. Shifts are 8:30am–5:00pm or 12:00pm–8:00pm, 32–40 hours weekly, including weekends.

You will greet customers, recommend products, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced beauty environment. As a beauty advisor, you will help customers find products that meet their needs, operate the cash register, maintain store appearance, and collaborate with a friendly team.

United Beauty Supply is looking for a Fulltime Retail Associate, for 32 - 40 hours per week shifts will be BOTH opening 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 12:00pm - 8:00pm to include weekend shifts! We need the candidate to be open to both!

Our Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting products in our retail environment. Our sales position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team!

What you will be doing with us:

As our sales associate you will greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

Build solid rapport with our customers creating a premier shopping experience.

We are beauty advisors, you will be engaging and educating our customers with a consulting approach.

Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and making recommendations to meet our client's needs.

Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions.

Maintain a clean and organized store.

Stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold.

Resolve customer complaints and issues.

Work collaboratively with the store team.

Maintain the store appearance as a reflection of who we are.

The ideal candidate will have:

Must be 18 years of age or older, required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus.

Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients.

Strong verbal communication skills with our customer base, co-workers and leadership.

A true team player attitude.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.

Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays.
