Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures, embodying AutoZone's Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly during your shift
• Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
• Maintain a safe work environment, including PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock and organize merchandise appropriately
• Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
• Assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, practicing GOTTChA
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
• Diagnose automobile issues and suggest solutions
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters with managers
• Engage in developing customer service skills
• Offer honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
