Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures while Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Provides WOW! Customer Service
• Completes assigned store tasks promptly
• Operates cash registers and follows cash handling procedures
• Follows policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintains a safe environment with PPE
• Ensures store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restocks merchandise and maintains product knowledge
• Uses ZNET to locate merchandise and assist customers
• Practices GOTTChA and assists with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
• Uses OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
• Communicates customer concerns to management
• Develops customer service skills and provides trustworthy advice

Position Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise
