Our Retail Sales Associates handle all aspects of the customer experience, including but not limited to:

• Following standard procedures for purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounts, while securing cash and negotiable documents

• Using suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and responding to inquiries

• Replenishing merchandise, maintaining store layout, housekeeping, and monitoring floor stock and fitting rooms

• Staying informed on product knowledge, POS instructions, promotions, and advertisements

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and distinguish fabric patterns and colors. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
