AutoZone is looking for motivated Part-Time Retail Sales Associates who excel in customer service and are passionate about automotive products. In this role, you will drive sales by providing a WOW! Customer Service experience, assisting customers, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed expectations
• Complete assigned store tasks efficiently during your shift
• Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures responsibly
• Follow company policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper PPE
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised
• Restock merchandise and ensure correct placement
• Use ZNET to assist customers in locating products or alternatives
• Stay informed about products and promotions through AutoZone systems
• Assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
• Utilize OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose issues
• Communicate effectively with managers regarding customer and employee concerns
• Develop customer service skills continually
• Provide honest advice to help customers find suitable products

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic automotive knowledge required
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Physical ability to lift and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
