Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role:

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a top-notch experience and fostering loyalty.
• Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate products and explore individual needs to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to enhance interactions, including demonstrating network coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting devices.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
• Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
