Fleet Feet Sports in Greenwood, Indiana is seeking an Outfitter to provide exemplary service and support to our customers on their fitness journeys. You will recommend and fit footwear and gear, helping each customer reach their unique goals in a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
• Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive in-store environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners.
• Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
• Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
• Contribute to store goals and support operations like merchandising and inventory.

What We're Looking For

• Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experienced in customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communicator and standout colleague.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and working on your feet in a retail setting.
