Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Our MAs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to promote to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role?

Learn and develop proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by:

  • Assisting customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store
  • Demonstrating the latest technology and exploring individual needs
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices
  • Guiding customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice
Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating:
  • Coverage and network speed in the customer's neighborhood
  • Plan and service benefits for unlimited connectivity
  • Redefining wireless device and account management
Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources. Build relationships with team members across channels, including:
  • Owning the customer experience and resolving issues
  • Identifying and referring small business leads
  • Developing strong peer relationships and accountability
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A desire to learn and connect with customers
  • Confidence and drive to succeed in a sales environment
  • Willingness to collaborate and share best practices
  • Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals
  • 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred
