Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role

• Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate the latest technology and explore individual customer needs.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices, offering personalized solutions.
• Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
• Partner with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop strong relationships.
