Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide sales assistance and suggest complementary items.
• Assist in selecting merchandise and upsell extended warranties where applicable.
• Operate cash register and complete transactions accurately (cash, card, checks, gift certificates, layaway).
• Inform customers of upcoming sales events and available services (gift wrapping, engraving, delivery, etc.).
• Learn NEX policies and store procedures, including returns, price matching, and rain checks.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and neatly arranged merchandise areas; participate in inventories and display setup.
