Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Our MAs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating them about device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role?
  1. Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
  2. Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, helping them continue their shopping journey.
  3. Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
  4. Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  5. Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
  6. Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  7. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
  8. Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
  9. Build relationships with colleagues across channels, resolving issues and identifying small business leads.
  10. Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate will bring

  2. Confidence and competitiveness to succeed in sales.
  3. Willingness to learn from peers and store leaders.
  4. Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
  5. At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
