Position Overview: Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their top priority. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role
  • Build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and fostering loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology through hands-on demonstrations.
  • Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, beyond basic devices and plans.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
Core Skills and Responsibilities
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
  • Partner with employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.

  • Enthusiastic about learning and building customer relationships.
  • Confident and driven in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willing to collaborate with peers and store leaders.
  • Has at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.

Minimum Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation
