Job summary

Personalization Mall is seeking a Sales Associate to promote sales through suggestive selling, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service. You will help maintain inventory, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining knowledge of product assortment, participating in floor sets, pricing, signage, and promotions, while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by following guidelines and selling products with passion and enthusiasm while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay abreast of changes in product assortment.
• Assist in executing floor sets, pricing, signage, promotional activities and other merchandising strategies.
• Participate in store inventory management and minimize product waste.
• Follow policies including quality, sanitation, safety guidelines and compliance with laws.
• Foster the brand image through impeccable personal presentation and attitude.
• Ring customer transactions using the POS system, upsell at the cash wrap, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow proper dress code and sanitation procedures.
• Pursue Business to Business sales opportunities in the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
