Job summary

Confidential is seeking a retail associate to act as the main point of contact for customers, assist with locating merchandise, and maintain well-stocked shelves. The role includes unloading trucks, building displays, greeting customers, and operating a cash register with handheld scanners to complete purchases.

The position supports a clean, organized store floor and adherence to policies. Responsibilities also cover stocking, rotating merchandise, and assisting with ordering when necessary,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Willingness to unload trucks and stock shelves.
• Comfort with operating a cash register and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for customers.
• Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs.
• Stock merchandise and rotate faces on shelves.
• Unload trucks and unpack cartons.
• Build displays and set up sidewalk displays when needed.
• Greet customers and assist with locating items.
• Operate cash register and handheld scanner to total purchases and bag merchandise.
• Collect payments and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Clean and maintain front end, stockroom, and restroom areas.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
