About The Role

In this role, you will engage with customers, providing excellent service and expert product knowledge to educate, inspire, and outfit them. You will inform customers about merchandise, promotions, and store events, while executing operational processes effectively. Your aim is to bring the brand to life, foster loyalty, and contribute to our productivity.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to deliver a premium customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions, using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about them.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed.
• Respond courteously and promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
