Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail customer service.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and guide shopping needs.
• Receive, price and stock donations; maintain display and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle payments, receipts and transactions accurately.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and safe, reporting hazards.
• Support loss prevention and inventory control procedures as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; provide excellent customer service.
