Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Sales Associate to process merchandise, assist customers, and support the efficient operation of the store. The role involves handling transactions, stocking, and maintaining clean, organized sales floors.

The position offers full-time hours in San Antonio, with a commitment to community impact and professional growth within a diverse nonprofit. Educational requirements include a High School diploma, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously through the day.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Greet customers warmly and assist with shopping needs.
• Receive, price and stock donations; maintain presentation of selling floor.
• Operate cash register, process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Keep aisles clean and safe, report hazards to supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and basic janitorial duties as needed.
