Join us as a Retail Sales Associate at Arch Telecom in Marietta, located at Captain D Seeley Mia Dr. All in Ave., earning $30 per hour.

Role Overview

As a Mobile Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, fun environment, building meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable device and service solutions. This role is designed to develop your skills with the potential for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  2. Demonstrate the latest technology and explore customer needs.
  3. Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  4. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions and expertise.
  5. Use digital tools to enhance interactions, including coverage maps and plan explanations.
  6. Complete training on store systems, processes, and product knowledge.
  7. Collaborate with team members and partners across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
