Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, continuing their shopping journey.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions, answers, and expertise.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on systems, products, and processes.
• Partner with other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
