Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll greet shoppers, answer questions, stock shelves, price donations, and perform basic record keeping while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, strong verbal communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer-service environment.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to bend, lift and move throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and assist with needs.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, debit, and receipts.
• Receive, price, stock donations and maintain store presentations.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and organized; report hazards.
• Support loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
