Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Sales Associate for our New Braunfels store at 1075 S. Walnut Avenue.

This full-time role supports daily retail operations, assists customers, processes transactions, and helps maintain merchandising and donation areas. You will greet shoppers, stock donations, operate the cash register, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while contributing to community programs funded by Goodwill.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year retail customer service experience.
• Able to bend, lift and move items throughout shift.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with shopping needs.
• Receive, price and stock donations; tag textiles.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
• Keep aisles clean and report hazards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper safety.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory procedures.
