Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecoms Core Values. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role
  1. Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty:
  • Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan benefits.
  • Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
  • Build relationships with team members and partner across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to team success.
