Nestlé Nespresso USA in Atlanta invites passionate individuals to join as a Retail Sales Associate at Lenox Square Mall. You will greet customers, share our coffee knowledge, and help them select machines and coffees that fit their needs. A training period prepares you for ongoing success in a dynamic, service-focused boutique.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, creating a memorable shopping experience.

• Demonstrate product knowledge through tastings and promotions to grow customer base.
• Collaborate with team to maintain an inviting boutique environment and displays.
• Assist with shipments, stock, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Undergo training to set you up for success beyond day one.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• You are inherently a people person and thrive in a customer service environment.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet and adaptable to change.
• You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• You have patience for day-to-day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Bonus Eligibility: Yes

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
