Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and on the phone, suggesting add-on sales and processing special orders.
• Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Notify customers of promotions and new products.
• Assist with loading products into customers’ vehicles as needed.
• Merchandise products according to planograms and maintain signage.
• Restock shelves as necessary.
• Take regular inventory of stock.
• Face and front products at start and end of shift.
• Support store staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Identify shoplifters and respond per store policy.
• Attend staff meetings and adhere to store policies and safety standards.
• Cut keys for customers.
