Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Colville, WA is looking to hire a Full-Time Lawn & Garden Associate. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are seeking authentic and enthusiastic individuals who love our lifestyle and prioritize service. As a Lawn & Garden Associate, you will enhance the customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking, merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets.

This full-time role requires availability to work scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sun 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of proper lifting techniques and physical ability to lift and carry various weights, including team lifting for over 55 lbs., and spending all work time on your feet, including using ladders and pallet jacks.
