Position: Retail Sales Associate Keyholder

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Movado Company Store team as a Part Time Keyholder at our location in Tanger Outlets, Deer Park, New York. As part of the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, opening and closing the store, supporting staff in achieving goals, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and other related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as set by the Store Manager and develop thorough product knowledge.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  3. Accurately capture all CRM data following company guidelines.
  4. Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and sales.
  5. Merchandise products according to company standards.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
  7. Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
  8. Assist in maintaining merchandise control logs as directed by the Store Manager.
  9. Follow all security and loss prevention procedures.
  10. Service watches, including sizing and battery replacements as needed.
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, preferably with experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, or luxury retail. A commitment to excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Previous management experience is preferred. Candidates should have flexible availability to meet store needs.
