DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is committed to delivering an unmatched guest experience and building long-term relationships. You will greet guests, learn their needs, and guide them to the right products.

You will serve as a product knowledge expert for a broad range of apparel, coach teammates on selling skills and procedures, and help maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, learn their needs, and guide them to appropriate products.
• Sell a broad range of apparel and provide product knowledge to customers.
