Location: Immokalee - Store #143

Description of Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Familiarize with all departments to assist with customer questions.
• Greet customers; take donations and provide receipts.
• Cross-train to cover the backdoor donation area and process all stations in the backroom.
• Perform other duties as instructed by your supervisor.

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience using cash register, adding machine, credit card machine, and telephone.
• Ability to follow pricing guidelines and instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Good judgment, patience, and understanding.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Stand for long periods; work in fluctuating temperatures.
