Role Description

As a Mobile Associate, you will work as part of a retail team to bring our brand to life. You will embody Arch Telecom’s core values, act as a brand ambassador, and create energy and excitement around our products and services. This role involves building meaningful customer relationships, educating customers on device and service solutions, and developing your skills for future advancement to Mobile Expert.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
2. Demonstrate and explain the latest technology and accessories to customers.
3. Engage in personalized selling to find solutions that meet customer needs.
4. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
5. Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and demonstrate network coverage and plans.
6. Complete training on store systems, processes, and product knowledge.
7. Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.
