Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to help stock, price, and present merchandise while maintaining a clean store environment. You will assist customers, provide friendly service, and help ensure a positive shopping experience across the store.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining back stock levels, and supporting store operations. Candidates should have basic retail experience and be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware and proactively assist customers.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store; thank customers at departure.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness to help customers find items.
• Assist with receiving, stocking merchandise, and keeping the floor and stockroom orderly.
• Update signage and participate in store meetings; support department specialists with price changes and special orders.
