Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Mead, WA is looking to hire a Full-Time Gun Counter Associate. We believe each team member plays a vital role in our success. We seek authentic, enthusiastic individuals who love our lifestyle and prioritize service. As a Gun Counter Associate, you will enhance the customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean department, and safeguarding assets.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sun 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and certain holidays.

• Understanding of proper lifting techniques; physical ability to lift and carry weights from 0-55 lbs., and work on your feet throughout the shift
