Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a friendly, energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Ohio. With a strong emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, and building relationships, you will help customers find the right products while achieving sales goals.

You’ll engage with guests, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, handle cash and deposits as needed, and participate in hours that may require standing 4–12 hours per shift and occasional local travel within a 15‑mile

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Answer phones and assess customer needs.
• Build relationships to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with all store functions.
• Follow company policies and procedures and assist in opening/closing.
• Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage as needed.
• Handle cash, inventory counts and deposits as governed by operations standards.
