Express Store Inc - Verizon Wireless is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Sales Associate to assist customers with their shopping needs and deliver an excellent in-store experience. You will help customers find the right products and ensure a smooth checkout process, contributing to a positive brand impression.

As a Sales Associate, you may ring up sales, stock shelves, process inventory, and maintain the store’s appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
