Overview

Our store associates are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and ability to prioritize. They support their team across all departments and contribute to a fun store culture.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in line with company standards.
• Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment, recovery, pricing, and signing to meet presentation standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety policies, loss prevention, and legal guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Targeted pay range: $13.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on location, experience, and position. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location.
