Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates to greet every customer, understand needs, and support their shopping experience. You will uphold merchandising standards, follow floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation, while promoting loyalty programs and warranty enrollment.

You will participate in safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of company information. We aim to create an inclusive store where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15–35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.


• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
