Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively understand customer needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, pricing and inventory presentation.
• Promote programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card).
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck mindset.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.

  sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.

• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales,

  private label credit card enrollment, etc.).

• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.

• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).

• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
