AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service and drive sales at our Virginia location. You will assist customers with parts selection, provide expert automotive guidance, and support store operations with a focus on team success and a safe, efficient environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, hands-on installation support, and the use of diagnostic tools to help customers diagnose issues. Strong communication in Spanish and English is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
