AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in the United States to deliver WOW! customer service and help customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will support daily store operations and contribute to sales growth. Key duties include assisting customers, stocking inventory, installing wiper blades and batteries, using diagnostic tools, and upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have basic automotive knowledge and be able to assist customers with parts and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Willing to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.

• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.

• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.

• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.

• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.

• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
