Canada Goose in Cherry Creek, Denver, CO, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. The role requires engaging customers, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to store metrics while embracing the company’s focus on exploration and community.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced setting, utilizing CRM tools, POS transactions, and product knowledge sessions to exceed targets and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of CRM tools/processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Attend and participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Drive NPS and other selling metrics (conversion, AOV, UPT).
• Develop and drive CRM through clienteling and after-sale engagement.
• Handle all POS transactions in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain store upkeep and Visual Merchandising directives.
