Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience including cashiering.
• Must obtain Casino Employee Registration (CER) license upon hire.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by helping them select products and drive sales.
• Greet customers in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail space with team members.
• Restock and fill backstock during shift.
• Operate point-of-sale register and process payments.
• Verify customer identity when using comps for payment.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and laws.
• Provide positive, courteous guest service in all interactions.
• Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
