Position Overview

You will work as part of a retail team, embodying our brand and core values. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced environment focused on customer needs. You will build meaningful customer relationships, uncover needs, and demonstrate solutions. This is a learning role, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Demonstrate the latest technology and explore customer needs through hands-on demos.
  • Assist customers in finding personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to enhance interactions, including coverage maps, plan explanations, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on store systems, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Partner with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
