Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet customers proactively, understand their needs, and support their shopping experience.
• Follow merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, and at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or platforms.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.
