OVERVIEW:

• Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize.
• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
